Head Coach and Tryout Information.
Good morning. This is Glen Fenwick, Skylar's dad, officially welcoming our new Head Coach, John MacLeod to the team. Most of you already know John, his wife Christine and their daughter Savanna. John stepped up to volunteer his time as Head Coach as soon as it was announced that Sarnia Girls Hockey was in need of a coach for the Bantam 3 team. Thank you John and Christine for your commitment to our girls hockey fun during 2017/2018!
Coach John brings a great deal of hockey experience. You'll find him to be very approachable and easy to communicate with. He's been actively working on plans for the team over the last week. As parents, we've all seen at the 2 tryouts that we have a very talented group of girls that are already enjoying this new team.
SGH is working on scheduling 2 more tryouts for the Bantam 3 team. They will be posted on the calendar as soon as they are available. We will be trying to work in an Exhibition Tryout game into one of those two dates. Stay tuned for more details as they are available!
