Grand River Remembrance Day Tournament
What a weekend for the U11 HL. It was their first tournament of the year and some of the girls first tournament ever in their hockey careers.
They fought hard all weekend, they tied their first 3 games, 1-1, 1-1, 0-0. The pattern continued into the quarter finals of 0-0 which led us into overtime and a shootout, where we came up one goal short.
The hardwork, dedication and heart that went into this weekend was so strong between all the girls. We may be a small team but we are mighty! Great job Sting.
