Power Edge Pro (PEP) hockey training is running next week to help prepare kids for tryouts. Early mornings for 2 dates and ends with 2 skates on the Friday PD day. PEP focuses on stacking skating with puck handling skills to build confidence on edges and linear crossover acceleration for increased power and speed.
Plus I plan to add some focus on player preparation for tryouts and what coaches evaluate. I will collect payment at each session if you wish to attend 1, 2, 3 or all 4.
