Please complete this form fully for consideration to coach with the Sarnia Jr. Lady Sting for the 2026–2027 season. Please note that you should receive an automated response to confirm your application has been submitted; however, you will most likely not receive any interview request until after the posting deadline, which is December 24th for AA and January 8th for all other divisions. We anticipate interviews will begin mid to late January and will be conducted with our Coaching Selection Committee as well as members of our Executive Board. Coaching Experience & Details

All bench staff will be required to have a valid police check, completed Respect in Sports for Leaders, Gender Expression & Identity at the time of interview and must have the required coaching certifications for their positions in flight so that we may efficiently roster teams for the 2026/2027 season.  If there are delays for any applicant needing their D1 or HP1, please ensure this is communicated during the interview process.

If applying for a Tier 1 team, I understand that the team must play at an A/BB level (exception for U9).

Applicants may be requested to attend an in-person interview starting the last weeks of January.

I have read and understand the Code of Conduct & Ethical Standards of the Sarnia Jr. Lady Sting as this will be a requirement to meet these to fulfill the position.
