Trainer & Den Mom Try-out Volunteering Sign-up OPEN
This year, we’re taking a new approach to Trainer & Den Mom sign-ups for try-outs by using Sign-up Genius! This tool will make it easier for everyone to get involved and help the Board stay organized during the busy Try-out Season.
If you were an approved Trainer or Den Mom during the 2024/2025 season, we’d love your support to make this year’s try-outs a success. Your role will be essential in keeping players healthy, supported, and cared for.
You don’t need to sign up for your current division either—U7 Trainers and Den Moms can assist with U13 try-outs, and a U13 Trainer can step in for U18 try-outs, for example.
It takes a village, and we’re counting on our SJLS family to make it all happen!

As the try-out season progresses, we may need fewer Den Moms as teams are formed, but for now, we’re planning as if each try-out session will have two active dressing rooms. At a minimum, we’ll need two people per session.
