U15 Volunteer at Noelle's Gift - Light up the Night
So proud of the U15 squad for their volunteer work at Light Up the Night
On Saturday, Sept. 30th, our U15 squad took part in Light Up the Night for Noelle’s Gift by volunteering their time to assist at Canatara Park. The girls were stationed at various locations along the 5K/10K route and served as course marshals to help keep participants on the right path as well to provide encouragement as people made their way through. Following the event, the U15 bench staff received many comments on how great the girls did with encouraging the runners.
The volunteer coordinator for the event had this to say about our girls:
"Good morning Mike and Cheryl. The U15 Sting girls were amazing. I have received several notes about how much their energetic spirit was appreciated. A big thank you for your time to volunteer for Noelle’s Gift. Funds raised by Noelle’s Gift support students with school supplies and nutritious food to help them Grow up Great!! “
