Dave Bararuk Coaching U7 Jr. Lady Sting
David Bararuk will coach the Sarnia Jr. Lady Sting U7 team for the 2023/2024 Season.
Dave Bararuk was born and raised in Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan. He played his Junior hockey career in the WHL for the Moose Jaw Warriors. Dave was drafted to the Dallas Stars, 5th round, in the 2002 NHL entry draft and shortly after he signed an entry level NHL contract. He was inducted into the Moose Jaw Warrior Hall of Fame in 2015.
After his hockey career, Dave moved to Sarnia in 2007 where he helped coach multiple teams for a few years including the Lady Sting teams and the Sarnia Sting Major AAA boys team. Dave is married to Elisa with two kids, Aria (5) and Ethan (2) and is currently the Leader, Responsible Care at Nova Chemicals .
