Arena information - City of Sarnia - Important
Submitted By Leanne Vidler on Saturday, September 25, 2021
Unfortunately, after an incident at one of the arenas in our first week of regular season ice it appears that we need to clarify a few things.

The province of Ontario has set forth a policy related to arena usage and COVID.  It is our responsibility to follow these rules and procedures in a conscientious and respectful manner.

Please be aware that not following the rules, as set by the city and posted on the Sarnia Girls Hockey Association website, or being disrespectful or argumentative with city staff will first result in a warning and secondly the removal of the player from the team. Our goal is to keep kids playing.

The city has the right to suspend our ice at their discretion based on the compliance with the protocols.  We will take the required steps to ensure our teams stay on the ice.
