City of Sarnia Arena Rules

I have compiled a list of rules for the arenas. Please note that all arenas have different capacity limits.

All arenas have a max. of 40 participants on ice.  There are a total of 36 dressing room spaces allotted to a rental period.

The spectator capacity has been increased.  Please note that all arenas have different capacities.

All that enter the arena , will have to have completed screening.  Contact tracing is also required to enter city rink

Odds and Ends

No fountains are available.  Every player is required to have their own prefilled water bottle.  No exceptions.  No sharing is allowed.
NO SHOWERS are available at this time
There are washrooms available for players and spectators
The city strongly recommends all participants show up as ready to play as they can.  You have 20 mins in the dressing room.  
A few chairs have been placed in each arena for skate tying.  Skate guards should be used.


For Sarnia Arena, PASA 1

Spectators have a maximum of 1000 people

For PASA 2 and Clearwater Red


Spectators have a maximum of 70 people.  When there are 40 on the ice, please limit to one parent.  Additional spectators will be first come first served once there is a parent for each participant.

For Clearwater Blue

Spectators are limited to 150 people

How to Enter an arena to watch or play

Please show up at the required door 20 mins before.  Doors will be closed 5 mins before ice rental time and there will be no late entries or re entry.  Spectators enter at the scheduled ice times and are to leave right after.

PASA 1 & 2 - Enter at access to PASA 2
Sarnia Arena - Front doors
Clearwater Arena - back doors

Spectator entrances

PASA 1 - PASA 1 door
PASA 2 - Gate 5 PASA 1
Sarnia Arena - North side doors
Clearwater Arena - Front doors (Wellington street)
