SGH Covid guidelines & procedures
Upon arrival at the arena , your player will be met by a point person that will go over the covid questionnaire with them.  Your team will designate this person and no player is to enter the arena without speaking to this person.

The point person will have a copy of the questionnaire in case someone needs to review it.  In order to go into the arena to participate or spectate they need to have answered NO to each and every question.  If they answer yes to any question they are not permitted in.

Teams must station someone at the designated entry point for the specific arena as outlined in Arena Operating Standards document which was in the last news post.  Their role is to be the "gatekeeper".Anyone who is going in must have completed the questionnaire and sign in with your designated gatekeeper and provide the required information.

Please remember, 20 skaters 5 coaches maximum on the ice.  There is one spectator allowed per participant and it is the teams responsibility to ensure that rule is followed.  Any violation could result in loss of ice for the specific team or the organization as a whole.

The tracking sheet will be completed at every ice session and kept on file.  These will be provided, without delay, to the SGHA executive or Lambton public health upon request. Lead person on the document is the Head Coach, lead person for organization is me.

Executive members will be stopping by to ensure compliance.
