Intent to register
Submitted By Leanne Vidler on Saturday, July 11, 2020
In an effort to plan for the potential of a 2020-2021 hockey season, however that may look we are asking that families fill out the below "Intent to Register" survey.

This will help us plan for coaching staff, ice time, etc. and how these relate to any COVID-19 requirements.  Survey will be available until July 24th at 4pm.

Please fill out 1 survey for EACH player you intend to register for the 2020-2021 season.

Keep an eye on the website and social media platforms for announcements about the season as they become available.Thank you for your help.
